Arvel Sweeza Obituary

Arvel Sweeza, 91, of Naylor, Mo. passed away April 7, 2013 in the Current River Nursing Center at Doniphan, Mo,. He was born November 15, 1921 in Clay County Arkansas to the late Turner and Nancy Sweeza.
On April 2, 1942 at Patterson, Mo. He was married to Daisy Meador. She preceded him in death 1978,

He is survived by; His children,Beth Gravel of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Charles Sweeza of Harveill, Mo., Marvin Sweeza of Butler County, Mo.; Carl Douglas Sweeza of Naylor, Mo. and Jeffery Sweeza of Naylor, Mo.. Nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, Two sons, Elwood and Eugene Sweeza as well as two sisters and two brothers.

He had worked in a nursery for Poplar Bluff Trees. He enjoyed singing, and playing the piano and his guitar. He was a member of the Lone Hill Baptist Church.

Graveside services for Mr. Sweeza will Wednesday April 10, 2013 at the New Prospect Cemetery near Silva. Missouri starting at 11:00 am. Donnie Fowler Officiating.
