Betty Yandell Obituary


Betty Jean Yandell, 72, of Corning, Arkansas, passed away January 21, 2017 at her residence. She was born May 12, 1989 at Boydsville, Arkansas to the late Earnest Howell and Revell Goulsby Howell.

On October 4, 1974 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri She was married to Euris Jackson Yandell. he preceded her in death on May 18, 1992.

She is survived by; her children, Bennetta Stewart,William Yandell and Crystal, Jimmy Yandell and Brenda, Earnest Yandell and Freddee, Rick Yandell and Katherine, Derinda Sheppard and Gary, Linda Harm0n and Vernon, Ed James and Freda, Sherry Preslar and Vicki Gardner and Stan. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews and other family members.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband, her parents as well s one granddaughter April Yandell, two sisters; Mary Smith and Marritha McKinney, three brothers Benny Howell, Leroy Howell, and J.W. Howell.

She was retired from Darlings and enjoyed camping, fishing, music and yard sales.

Visitation for Mrs. Yandell will be Friday January 27, 2017 in the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel Inc. of Neelyville, Missouri starting at 11:00 am with the funeral starting at 12 pm. . burial will be in the Corning Cemetery in Corning, Arkansas with Rev. Marty Bryant officiating.
