Carroll Morgan Obituary

Carroll Morgan, 72, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Morgan was born February 29, 1944 in Biggers, Ark. He attended Fellowship General Baptist Church and worked at Greg's Auto Sales. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and fishing.

On June 21, 1991, he married Linda (Joyner) Morgan in Poplar Bluff. She survives.

Also surviving are children, Sonya Tory, Houston, Tx., Jeff Ellwanger of Canada, Tonya Bulbik of Arizona, Shelly Hunter of Arizona; 2 step-children, Jeff Carl and Charlena Dorris both of Poplar Bluff; one sister, Linda Fowler of Oregon; three brothers, Jerry Morgan of Illinois, Tony Morgan of Cooter, Mo, Tim Morgan of Paragould, Ark.; several grandchildren, but 1 special granddaughter, Cassie Carl, whom he raised, of the home; 2 great-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents: V. L. Morgan and Wilma (Vinson) Morgan.

Visitation will begin 10am Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, in Poplar Bluff, followed by the funeral service at 12pm, with Rev. Byron Beck officiating. Burial will be in the Poplar Bluff City Cemetery.
