Charles "Charlie" Merl Million, 60, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., went to Heaven Monday, August, 4 2013, at his home in Butler County.
Mr. Million was born November 2, 1953, to Charles E. and Virginia Million in Poplar Bluff.
On February 15, 1974 he married Debra Ann McGarrity in Poplar Bluff.
Mr. Million was a self employed carpenter/contractor. He was a St. Louis Cardinal's fan and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing and spending time outdoors.
Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and special pal, Jackson.
Survivors include his daughter, Beth Gilmore and husband, Stacy; his son, C.J. Million and fiancé, Michelle; six grandchildren, Kera Macey, Leah Kimberly, Bridget Elise, Emma Lee Dawn, Cole Andrew, and Stacy Wayne. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Guy Mitchell and Alice Mitchell; his father, Charles Edmond Million; his mother, Virginia Million and his wife, Debra Million.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 8, 2014, in the chapel, with Chaplain Jared Hancock officiating. Burial will follow in the Black Creek Cemetery.
