David Sadler, 77, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at his home.
Mr. Sadler was born November 23, 1936 in Butler County, to the late Shelmer and Maude (Badgley) Sadler.
He was a retired foreman at Florsheim Shoe and enjoyed fishing, knife collecting, and nature watching. He was a member of Abundant Life Christian Center.
On August 15, 1958 he married Gracie (Kester) Sadler in Poplar Bluff. She survives.
Other survivors include his children, Charlotte Davis, Tina McIrivin, Teresa Kellums,Susan Andrews, and David Sadler; one sister, Imogene Landis and brother, Bill Sadler; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home, in Poplar Bluff, followed by graveside service at the City Cemetery. Pastor David Thomas will officiate.
