Elinore Lyons Obituary

Elinore Lyons, 78 of Poplar Bluff passed away August 30, 2017 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. Mrs. Lyons was born February 10, 1939 in Poplar Bluff, MO to the late Junie Carl and Elsie (Frederickson) Carl.

Mrs. Lyons was a homemaker and she enjoyed sewing, crafts and bingo. She was married to Francis Lyons and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children; Mark Fluharty, Raymond Fluharty, Kevin Fluharty, Rose Mooneyhan and Cheryl Littrell; brothers; Steve, David, Jerry and Bob Carl; sisters; Elsie Frederickson and Leslie Frederickson; thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Lyons was preceded in death by a son; Michael Fluharty, her parents; Junie and Elsie Carl, brother; George Carl and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will begin at 11am Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. The funeral service will follow at 12pm Sunday with Earl Hagy officiating. Burial will follow in Duley Cemetery off T Hwy
