Ellen Boyer Obituary

Ellen Boyer, 70, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Boyer was born December 4, 1943. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and gardening.

On September 8, 1960 she married Jimmy Wayne Boyer. He preceded her in death April 27, 2010.

She is survived by her children, Tina Boyer, Tammy Murray, Terry Boyer, Tawana Barger, and Tonya Maddux; grandchildren, Jamie Maddux, Greg Barger, Kyle Barger, Isabella Barger and Dustin Maddux; great-grandchild, Xander Barger.

She is also preceded in death by her father, Vernon Brock and mother, Marie (Clark) Brock-Sanders.

Visitation will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2014 in the chapel with Ron Fowler officiating. Burial in Memorial Gardens.
