Henry Claude Lancaster, 84, of Fairdealing, Mo., passed away on Feb. 25, 2016 at his home.
Mr. Lancaster was born on July 19, 1931 in Rienzi, Mississippi. He worked as a saw cutter and enjoyed reading, flowers, taking pictures, and his grandchildren. He served in the U.S. Army and attended Church of God.
On July 29, 1998, he married Nancy Claudine. She preceded him in death on Oct. 5, 2009.
Survivors included his children, Mike & Sue of Paducah, Ky., Kenny & Dianna of Belleville, Il., Keith & Cindy of Adairsville, Ga., Delbert & Delores of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Billy & Diane of Russellville, AR.,Linda & Larry of Alton, Il., Sheryl Annette & Michael Wicklund Jr. of Doniphan, Mo., and Renee & Herb Pundsack of Fairdealing, Mo.; brother, Martin Lancaster of Cape Girardeau; sisters, Margie Colarie of Cole City, Il., Francis & Gary Baker of Harviell, Mo., and Brenda & Tom Maschmeyer, of Memphis, TN.; as well as 2 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by, his son Phillip on April 18, 2012; step-son Dennis Reed on Aug. 4, 1992; and his brother, Norman Lancaster.
Funeral Services took place on Sat. Feb. 27, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel.
