Icy Marlean Knorton, 76, of Poplar Bluff, Mo. formerly of Dudley, Mo., passed away on Nov. 29, 2015 at Mark Twain Caring Center.
Mrs. Knorton was born on Dec. 31, 1938 in Webbers Falls, OK., to the late Leroy and Sarah Yandell. She worked on a farm driving tractors and combines as well as working as a homemaker. She enjoyed, Quilting, and playing Bingo and Poker.
Mrs. Knorton is survived by her children, Marsha Putman of Fairdealing, Mo., Billie Zuniga of Lowell. Ar., Mike Manees of Doniphan, Mo., Fred and Johnny Manees both of Dexter, Mo.; 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two husbands, Gene Manees and Charles Knorton; daughter, Patricia Manees; sisters, Vada James, Mary Ray, Pat Fox, Sue Hoct; brothers, Richard Allen Yandell, Eunis Yandell, Roy Lee Yandell, Jeff Franklin Yandell, Danny Yandell, J.W. Yandell, Larry Yandell, and Donnie Ray Yandell; as well as one granddaughter, Rebecca Maclin.
A visitation has been scheduled for Wednesday Dec. 2, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel.
