Jerry Lee Taylor, 71, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Taylor was born April 28, 1944 in Catron, Mo. He is the owner and manager of Stateline Truck Stop, and his hobbies included spending time with his children and his grandchildren.
On August 1, 1977 he married Amelia Radin Taylor in Poplar Bluff, Mo. She survives
Also surviving are his children, Lydia Tarr & husband Jeff of Greenwood, Ind., Eric Taylor & wife Sandy of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Jeralyn Goodman & husband Brad of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Morgan Taylor of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Jamie Taylor of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; 16 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Roy Lee Taylor and Myzeila Rhoades and 1 sister Jeannie.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015 at the Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville, Mo. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the chapel with Gib Cole officiating.
