Margaret Collins Obituary

Margaret "Dot" Loretta Darnell Collins, 85, of Lancaster, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, Nov, 12, 2013, due to natural causes.

Margaret was born in Poplar Bluff, Mo., on July 15, 1928. She married Carl Collins on Nov. 14, 1946. They were married 28 years.

Margaret was a loving and caring wife, mother, and friend. She will always be remembered as a fiery, feisty person who would always tell the ones she loved exactl what she thought.

Margaret is survived by two children, Carl Collins Jr. and wife, Pat, and Janis Reed and husband, Charles; two grandchildren, Sam Riepe and wife, Kim, and Charles Reed III and girlfriend, Starr; two great-grandchildren, Jayden and Travis Reed; and a host of family and friends.

Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Carl; son, Terry; mother, Lillian M. Miller; and father, Radford Miller.

The Collins and Reed family wish to thank everyone for their prayers, support and the many phone calls and emails.
