Ruth William Morgan, 97, of Sandoval, IL., passed away Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015.
Mrs. Morgan was born April 15, 1918 in Neelyville, Mo. She worked as a caregiver in nursing. Her hobbies included quilting, fishing, sewing, and gardening. She was a member of the Naylor Pentecostal Church until her health prevented her attendance.
On June 17, 1935 she married Samuel Morgan in Neelyville, Mo. He preceded her in death on April 17, 1994.
Survivors include, her children, Glenn Morgan of Jefferson City, Mo., Lavern Sloat and husband Jack of Junction City, IL., Connie Gramlick and husband Dean of Bloomfield, Mo.; 11 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 23 great- great- grandchildren.
Besides her husband also preceding her in death are her son James Morgan; parents, Frank William Tucker and Cordia Alice Tucker; sisters Juanita Tucker Hancock, Thelma Tucker Crenshaw, Ruby Tucker Eye(her twin), Beatrice Tucker Inness; brothers, Russell Cosby and Cecil Cosby; one grandchild, Cynthia Sloat and one great - great- grandchild Maverick Pratt
Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Thursday Nov. 5, 2015 at Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville and funeral beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Ron Fowler will be officiating and burial will take place in Hvam Cemetery.
